Mr. Milind S. Desai : Milind is a key part of the Lexicon team and supports the organisation across many business sectors. Currently, he manages his own consultancy mainly in Corporate Advisory. His client list includes corporates from Chemical industry, Pharma industry, Auto Dealership, Auto Ancillary industry. He has benefited his clients in Mergers & Acquisition proposals with his inputs on valuations and negotiation skills. Earlier, he worked Tata Finance Ltd. (TFL) and Birla Global Finance and ICICI Ltd in Senior positions. He was a member of the J P Morgan team for managing the Euro Issue of Hindalco Ind. Ltd., one of the largest producers of Aluminum in India. He was personally involved in many corporate restructuring assignments which include Public Sector Undertakings like Bharat Earth Movers Ltd., H.M.T. Ltd. etc. Mr. Milind S. Desai is a Chartered Accountant. He has graduated in Commerce and also in General Indian Laws and holds B.Com and LL. B. (Gen.) degrees from the University of Bombay.

Prior to working with Lexicon Lior served as VP Business development and sales for FriCSo- CleanTech solution for reducing friction losses and emission between moving parts. Lior also served as AVP of Sales for ESI (a subsidiary of the Formula Group), a leading user-oriented business rules platform & workforce management vendor. During his 3-year tenure at ESI European sales grew by over 300%, and the company achieved worldwide recognition as a leading vendor in the industry. .Prior to ESI, Lior served as VP Marketing for EverAd, heading the sales and business development operations of this Internet media applications company. Lior was also the marketing manager for Tadiran Telematics, a leading telecommunications company.
Lior holds a B.A in Political Science & Urban Design from Haifa University and a MBA from the University of Derby, UK
