Our promoter, Mr. Dhiren Khot, has been a collector and a patron of art. He appreciates the struggle upcoming artists have to go through to be recognized. The rewards of success are sweet and quicker if there is a beneficiary fostering and monitoring your progress and development. This is done for the thousands of gifted artists who, with a little bit of guidance and monitory help can produce exceptional works of art and make us proud.

A venture fund called CANVAS FUND was set up in the year 2000 to promote and encourage contemporary Indian art and Indian artists.

Trips to Kenya, Brazil, Turkey and two trips to Israel were organized by Canvas. More than 20 Indian artists have visited and interacted with their counterparts in Israel and gained tremendous benefits in the cultural exchange.

Canvas, is now trying to organize, this exchange of Israeli and Indian artists, on a regular basis.
